This Acceptable Use Policy governs the content you create with Theater of Kami (the "Service"). It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms & Conditions. By using the Service you agree to follow this policy.

What the Service is for

Theater of Kami is an AI-powered narrative role-playing game. It is intended for creating fictional interactive stories, characters and worlds for entertainment and language learning. Worlds, characters, dialogue and images are generated by artificial intelligence in response to your inputs.

Prohibited content generation

You must not use the Service — and must not instruct, prompt or otherwise attempt to steer the AI — to generate, request or obtain any of the following:

• sexually explicit or pornographic content, or content that is sexually suggestive or created for sexual gratification;
• any content that sexualizes, or depicts in a sexual or suggestive manner, a minor or any person or character presented as, or appearing to be, under 18 — this is strictly prohibited with no exception;
• the face or likeness of a real, identifiable person without that person's explicit consent, including by means of face swaps, deepfakes or other impersonation;
• hateful, harassing or discriminatory content targeting people on the basis of a protected characteristic, or content that threatens, bullies or defames a real person;
• content that promotes, encourages or provides instructions for violence, terrorism, self-harm, suicide, or serious harm to people or animals, or graphic gore or shock content;
• content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, including the creation of weapons, drugs, malware, or child sexual abuse material;
• content that infringes the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

Moderation and enforcement

The inputs you submit and the content the AI generates are subject to automated content moderation and manual review. The Service may block, filter or refuse any input or output that breaches this policy, and a blocked or declined generation is the expected, correct behavior of the Service. We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts, and remove content, for violations of this policy or our Terms & Conditions.
